The room's air conditioning had issues, leaving water on the floor, which is just plain inconvenient. Disturbances from thin walls made for a noisy night, as I could hear guests above and children in the hall. Additionally, the absence of basic amenities like paper towels and a coffee maker was disappointing. a little upgrade in essentials could go a long way.

the elevator reeked of cigarette smoke, which definitely didn’t set the tone for my stay. also, no seating area in the room made it feel cramped. expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but alas! such gestures must be beneath them. i was almost going to leave a decent review, but just couldn’t.

There is a lack of basic amenities, such as in-room coffee makers and proper seating arrangements!!! The absence of a pool is disappointing!!! The overall room updates could use a serious upgrade!!!

We stayed 3 nights in a Jacuzzi room that was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay even better. Located just off the interstate, it felt private yet convenient. And I must say, the laundry room smells amazing! Definitely worth considering for your next trip.

However, the upgrade to a suite was appreciated.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend pause in Biloxi with great value. The shower was hot and refreshing after a long day. Bring some snacks since the breakfast options are limited.

Couple seeking decent stay

There was a moment when the young man at the front desk really came through for me when I needed an extra towel. It was nice to have a quiet spot for some peace, not too far from everything.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

i enjoyed my stay at quality inn & suites this summer. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was super convenient for exploring biloxi. my previous stay in the city did not compare.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with a super convenient spot just a few steps from the beautiful biloxi bay bridge and within a short walk to the stunning walter anderson museum of art, which made exploring the area a breeze.

The convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions, while the staff demonstrated great responsiveness to needs, promptly providing a microwave and fridge when requested. The homemade sweets offered as snacks were a delightful surprise. However, the room had quirks like a drawer that would open unexpectedly and curtains that moved, possibly from the AC. Additionally, the suite lacked some modern amenities which might be expected at a higher rate.

Not ideal for light sleepers

The creaky floors from the guests above made it impossible to get a good night’s rest, not to mention the disruptive noises from the hallway and elevator. But I have to say the room was clean and comfortable enough for a quick stay.

This place wasn’t inexpensive, but it was tolerable.

The staff at Quality Inn & Suites provided exceptional service during my stay. The room was very comfortable and conveniently located for business activities. I appreciated the quick assistance I received from the front desk, as they promptly addressed my needs. The quiet atmosphere allowed for a restful night's sleep despite the busy surroundings.
